Hello and welcome to Gastronera! I’m Annelise Dupont, the founder and creative force behind this collection of recipes. My culinary journey began not in a bustling restaurant kitchen, but in the heart of my family’s home in the French countryside. Surrounded by fresh ingredients from our garden and the rich traditions of home cooking, I developed a deep-seated passion for food that tells a story.
After formal training at a renowned culinary institute and years spent honing my craft in kitchens across Europe, I realized my true calling was to bring the joy of cooking back to its roots: making delicious, wholesome food accessible to everyone, right in their own homes.
