  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce Frank's RedHot recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Preparation

  4. Cook the coated cauliflower at 200°C (400°F) for 13-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Melt butter in a small bowl and whisk in buffalo sauce until fully combined.
  6. Once cauliflower is golden and crispy, remove and toss with buffalo sauce in a bowl before serving.
