Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and large egg until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Take your brioche bread slices and gently press the centers using the back of a spoon to create a well.
  3. Spoon the prepared custard mixture generously into the wells of each brioche slice.
  4. Set your air fryer to preheat at 380°F (190°C). Carefully place the filled brioche toast in the basket.
  5. Once cooked, remove the custard toast from the air fryer using tongs and optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
