- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your baking dish, ensuring it's a 9-inch pie dish or an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Generously grease your chosen baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
- In a food processor, blend cottage cheese for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together large eggs until beaten. Fold in the smooth cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, chives, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. Add any vegetables.
- Carefully pour the mixture into your greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes until edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
