Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your baking dish, ensuring it's a 9-inch pie dish or an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Generously grease your chosen baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
  3. In a food processor, blend cottage cheese for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together large eggs until beaten. Fold in the smooth cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, chives, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. Add any vegetables.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into your greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes until edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
