  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream replace with non-dairy cream or omit if lighter version is preferred

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped red onion, fresh lemon juice, smoked paprika, Montreal chicken seasoning, and chicken stock. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Place dark meat chicken pieces in a baking dish and pour half of the marinade over the chicken.
  4. Pour the remaining marinade over the top and sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour and 45 minutes or until skin is golden brown and juices run clear.
  6. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
