  • 1/2 cup Burger Sauce Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Dijon Mustard, Pickle Juice.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the spice mix by measuring out the spices into a bowl and mixing them thoroughly.
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds or sticks, then pat them dry.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and toss sliced potatoes with olive oil and half of the spice mix, then spread them on a baking sheet.
  4. Cook the potato slices in the oven for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the lean beef mince, adding the remaining spice mix.
  6. Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and pickle juice for the burger sauce.
  7. Assemble the bowls by layering the chips, shredded lettuce, beef, cheese, pickles, and burger sauce.
