  • 2 cups Heirloom Tomatoes mixed colors
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes whole
  • 2 medium Peaches peeled and pitted
  • 8 oz Galbani Fresh Mozzarella torn into smaller balls
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil finely chopped
  • 1 cup Blackberries optional
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze for drizzling

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the heirloom and cherry tomatoes thoroughly; slice the heirloom tomatoes into thick wedges, leaving cherry tomatoes whole. Arrange these on a large platter.
  2. Slice ripe peaches into bite-sized chunks. Distribute the peach pieces evenly around the tomatoes.
  3. Tear the mozzarella into smaller balls and scatter them evenly over the tomatoes and peaches.
  4. Lightly drizzle the marinade from the mozzarella over the salad.
  5. Sprinkle finely chopped fresh basil over the salad and drizzle balsamic glaze before serving.
