- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the lobster meat to the skillet, toss to coat in butter and garlic, and heat for 2-3 minutes until opaque.
- Pour in heavy cream and sprinkle Parmesan cheese into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Combine the drained pasta with the sauce in the skillet, tossing gently to coat. Add reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
- Serve in warmed bowls, garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
