Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 12 oz Pasta Any type; linguine or fettuccine preferred
For the Lobster
  • 2 tails Lobster Fresh or high-quality frozen
For the Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter For better control over seasoning
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with whole milk, but less creamy
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt To enhance flavors
  • ½ tsp Pepper Freshly ground

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the lobster meat to the skillet, toss to coat in butter and garlic, and heat for 2-3 minutes until opaque.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and sprinkle Parmesan cheese into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Combine the drained pasta with the sauce in the skillet, tossing gently to coat. Add reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
  6. Serve in warmed bowls, garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
