Instructions for Buttery Cheese Garlic Rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Cut the top off a whole bulb of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in foil. Bake for about 2 hours until soft and caramelized.
  2. Combine warm milk, active dry yeast, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, bread flour, milk powder, remaining sugar, and salt. Add softened butter, egg yolks, and the yeast mixture. Mix and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Transfer the kneaded dough into a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot for 1.5 hours or until doubled.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread roasted garlic and melted butter, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Roll tightly and slice into equal portions.
  6. Place rolled slices on a greased baking sheet, cover, and let proof for about 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Brush with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
