- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a skillet. Add diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; sauté for about 5 minutes until apples are tender.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit slightly.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the apple filling in the center of each biscuit and add a piece of caramel candy on top. Seal the biscuit tightly.
- Shape each filled biscuit into a ball and place seam-side down in the greased baking dish.
