  3. Fold in shrimp, crab meat, peas, and parsley. Cook for 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir in cheddar cheese. Mix in melted butter and buttermilk until just combined.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish, pour in the seafood filling, and drop dollops of biscuit dough on top. Brush with melted butter.
