- Whisk together bread flour, instant yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Gradually pour in warm tap water and mix until a scraggly, sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl tightly and let the dough rise in a warm spot for 2 to 3 hours.
- Preheat your Dutch oven to 450°F (220°C) for 30 minutes before baking.
- Dust surface with flour, gently scrape the dough onto it, add half the cheese, and fold inward four times.
- Shape the dough round and transfer onto parchment paper, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
