  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Cheddar or provolone are great alternatives.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the boneless chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic and Italian herbs to create garlic butter.
  4. Spread garlic butter on garlic bread slices, layer with cooked chicken and mozzarella cheese, then top with another slice of buttered garlic bread.
  5. Bake assembled sandwiches in the prepared dish for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bread is golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, slice in half, and serve hot.
