Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for roasting the sweet potatoes.
  2. Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  3. While the sweet potatoes roast, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet. Season cubed chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, sriracha, cumin, and remaining paprika in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
