Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface and smooth out any wrinkles.
  3. Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce over the puff pastry, leaving about half an inch around the edges.
  4. Slice the brie cheese and arrange over the cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
  5. Slice the pastry into eight equal strips, fold in half, and twist several times. Pinch the ends.
  6. Beat an egg and brush it generously over the tops of the twists.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey if desired. Serve warm.

Notes
