Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

  3. Add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Sauté for about 7 minutes until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and stir. Gradually add reserved pasta water until creamy. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add drained penne to skillet and toss until coated in sauce. Mix well for an irresistible creamy texture.
