Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by peeling the garlic cloves and soaking them in a bowl of ice water for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a food processor, add the soaked garlic cloves along with a pinch of salt. Pulse until finely minced.
  3. Gradually drizzle in the vegetable oil through the feed tube while the processor is running.
  4. Once emulsified, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and blend again until creamy.
  5. If the sauce has separated, add another clove of garlic or splash of water and blend again.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
