Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add one pound of ground beef and Italian sausage. Sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Incorporate one chopped onion into the skillet with the cooked meat. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in one cup of pizza sauce and add blocks of cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until cream cheese melts, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and fold in one cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Spoon mixture into halved green bell peppers.
