- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook linguine pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 9-11 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season salmon filet with kosher salt and black pepper, then sear skin-side up for 5 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and cook for another 12-15 minutes until cooked through. Remove the salmon and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and add unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened, then stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Add the linguine to the sauce, tossing to combine. Flake in the salmon and mix gently.
- Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley.
