Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook linguine pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 9-11 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season salmon filet with kosher salt and black pepper, then sear skin-side up for 5 minutes.
  3. Flip the salmon and cook for another 12-15 minutes until cooked through. Remove the salmon and let it rest.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened, then stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  6. Add the linguine to the sauce, tossing to combine. Flake in the salmon and mix gently.
  7. Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley.
