Ingredients
  

For the Pasta Layers
  • 9 sheets Lasagna Noodles Use gluten-free noodles if necessary
For the Seafood Filling
  • 1 lb Shrimp Firm and translucent shrimp
  • 1 cup Crab Meat Fresh or canned
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Substitute with cottage cheese if desired
For the Cheesy Topping
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Freshly cracked if possible
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, approximately 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Seafood Filling
  1. In a large skillet, heat the Alfredo sauce over medium heat and stir in the shrimp and crab meat. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until shrimp is pink.
Assembly
  1. In a baking dish, layer the seafood mixture, followed by ricotta cheese, and cooked noodles. Repeat layers and finish with seafood on top.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
Baking
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling.
Serving
  1. Allow lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
