Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring to a rolling boil.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, approximately 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Seafood Filling
- In a large skillet, heat the Alfredo sauce over medium heat and stir in the shrimp and crab meat. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until shrimp is pink.
Assembly
- In a baking dish, layer the seafood mixture, followed by ricotta cheese, and cooked noodles. Repeat layers and finish with seafood on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
Baking
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling.
Serving
- Allow lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
