Cooking Steps

  2. In the same skillet, add potato gnocchi, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Include minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring for about 5 minutes.
  3. Once the gnocchi is tender, stir in fresh spinach. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until spinach wilts down. Adjust cooking time for a thicker sauce.
