Preparation Steps
  1. Wash 9 ounces of fresh spinach thoroughly in cold water, then place it in a large saucepan with a splash of water. Cover and steam for 3-5 minutes or until wilted.
  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, a pinch of kosher salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the cream mixture into a mixing bowl, then gently fold in the chopped spinach.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
