Preparation Steps
- In a skillet, heat over medium flame and brown the ground pork until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

- Lay an egg roll wrapper diagonally, place about 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the lower corner, and roll tightly, sealing with water.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, arrange the wrapped egg rolls, and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove the egg rolls once golden brown and crispy, and serve with dipping sauces.
