Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a skillet, heat over medium flame and brown the ground pork until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Cook for 3-5 minutes until vegetables soften.
  3. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the filling. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let the mixture cool slightly.
  4. Lay an egg roll wrapper diagonally, place about 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the lower corner, and roll tightly, sealing with water.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, arrange the wrapped egg rolls, and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Remove the egg rolls once golden brown and crispy, and serve with dipping sauces.
