Step‑By‑Step Instructions for Air Fryer Mushrooms
  1. Begin by gently wiping the fresh mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Trim the stems as needed and pat them dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cleaned mushrooms with olive oil until they are lightly coated. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring each mushroom is well-seasoned.
  3. Set your air fryer to preheat at 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes. Prepare your seasoned mushrooms while the air fryer preheats.
  4. Carefully arrange the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Once cooked, remove mushrooms and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving warm.
