Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.
- Set up your breading station with flour, cornstarch, and salt in one bowl, and beaten eggs in another.
- Dip chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, then back into the flour mixture.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket and arrange the breaded chicken in a single layer. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Prepare the sauce in a saucepan by sautéing garlic and ginger, then adding orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook until thickened.
- Combine the cooked chicken with the sauce in a large bowl and toss gently.
