Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water over high heat. Once boiling, add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, around 8–10 minutes. Strain and allow to cool slightly.
  2. While the pasta cools, preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Drizzle the cooled pasta with olive oil and mix in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the seasoned pasta in the air fryer basket and air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10–14 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown.
  5. Allow pasta chips to cool slightly, then serve hot, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley.
