- Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water over high heat. Once boiling, add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, around 8–10 minutes. Strain and allow to cool slightly.
- While the pasta cools, preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle the cooled pasta with olive oil and mix in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the seasoned pasta in the air fryer basket and air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10–14 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown.
- Allow pasta chips to cool slightly, then serve hot, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley.
