Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water for 10-15 seconds until they become pliable. Lay soaked sheets flat on a damp surface.
  2. On one softened rice paper sheet, layer cooked vermicelli noodles, shredded carrots, chopped cabbage, and your choice of protein.
  3. Fold in the sides of the rice paper towards the center and roll from the bottom up, ensuring the filling is encased tightly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes. Lightly spray each rice paper roll with oil.
  5. Place rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
