Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the crisp green lettuce under cold running water. Shake off excess water and dry in a salad spinner.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and crumbled feta or goat cheese. Toss gently.
  4. Thinly slice the green apple and add to the bowl. Toss to ensure even distribution.
  5. Add the dried lettuce and drizzle with vinaigrette. Toss lightly to coat.
