- Start by gathering your ingredients. Lay out the egg roll wrappers. At the bottom third of each wrapper, place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella, and any additional toppings desired.
- Fold the bottom of the egg roll wrapper over the filling, tucking it in gently. Roll tightly while folding in the sides to seal.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) and brush the inside of the basket lightly with olive oil.
- Place the assembled egg rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for about 6 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the egg rolls once golden brown and serve hot with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
