Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by gathering your ingredients. Lay out the egg roll wrappers. At the bottom third of each wrapper, place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella, and any additional toppings desired.
  2. Fold the bottom of the egg roll wrapper over the filling, tucking it in gently. Roll tightly while folding in the sides to seal.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) and brush the inside of the basket lightly with olive oil.
  4. Place the assembled egg rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for about 6 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the egg rolls once golden brown and serve hot with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
