- Preheat your oven to 400°F or heat a deep skillet with 1/2 inch of oil over medium heat.
- Place the chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness of 1/2 inch.
- Set up a breading station with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
- Coat the chicken with seasoned flour, dip in egg, then press into the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- If baking, place coated cutlets on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden; if frying, cook each cutlet for 4-5 minutes per side until crispy.
- Let the cutlets rest for 5 minutes on a wire rack or plate.
