Preparation Instructions

  3. Once cucumbers have drained, gently pat dry. Fold cucumbers into yogurt mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Toast the bread lightly. On each slice, layer sprouts, cucumber-yogurt filling, and onion slices if desired. Top with second slice.
