Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then fold in flour until just combined.
  4. Prepare the cream cheese swirl by beating cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, then fold in egg yolk.
  5. Layer brownie batter and cream cheese filling in the muffin tin, swirling lightly.
