- Begin by dividing your pizza dough into four equal pieces. On a floured surface, roll each piece into a round shape, about 6 inches in diameter.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on one half of each dough circle, leaving a clean edge for sealing. Add a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by slices of pepperoni.
- Carefully fold the dough over to create a half-circle, enclosing the filling securely. Crimp the edges with your fingers or a fork.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Place the calzones in a single layer and air fry for 7-10 minutes, turning them halfway.
