Cooking Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions in a rice cooker for about 15-20 minutes and set aside.
- Sauté the shiitake mushrooms in a pan with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce for about 3-4 minutes.
- Repeat for each vegetable, cooking them in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and soy sauce until just tender.
- Marinate the sliced beef with baking soda, garlic, soy sauce, and sriracha for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and cook the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Fry an egg in the same pan until the edges are crispy and yolk runny, about 3-4 minutes.
- Assemble the dish by scooping rice into bowls and topping with sautéed vegetables, beef, and a fried egg.
