- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
- In another bowl, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 large eggs, and ½ cup of melted butter. Whisk until fully combined and smooth.
