- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, active dry yeast, and sugar. Stir gently and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Pour in the activated yeast mixture and melted butter. Stir until a sticky dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 to 1.5 hours.
