- Wash and hull about a cup of fresh strawberries. Blend with a tablespoon of honey until smooth, creating about ¼ cup of strawberry purée.
- Combine the strawberry purée with one cup of Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl. Fold gently until well mixed.
- Fill a piping bag or zip-top bag with the strawberry yogurt mixture. Snip off one corner for easy dispensing.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment or wax paper. Pipe small dollops, about 1-inch in diameter, onto the lined sheet pan.
- Place the sheet pan in the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for about 1 hour or until firm.
- Remove the bites from the freezer, gently peel them off the parchment paper, and store them in a sealed container.
