Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Take a tortilla and place a generous portion of your filling on one half. Fold the tortilla over and press gently to seal.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a light drizzle of olive oil. Lay the folded quesadilla in the pan, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Gently flip the quesadilla and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are crispy. Cheese should be melted.
