Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. Combine chicken thighs or breasts with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Sear the Chicken
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and sear for 5–7 minutes on each side until charred.
  2. Remove from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
Create the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–5 minutes until it thickens.
Cook the Ramen Noodles
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 4–5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Broth
  1. Heat sesame oil in a separate pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.
