  4. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
  5. Pour in the cold milk and stir gently until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat it into a 1-inch thick disk.
  7. Cut out biscuits with a round cutter by pressing straight down.
  8. Place cut-out biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. While the biscuits bake, whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
  10. Let biscuits cool for a few minutes before drizzling the lemon glaze over them.
