Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a muffin pan.
  2. Lay out two sheets of thawed puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Whisk together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl and reserve 4 tablespoons.
  4. Spread softened butter over each puff pastry sheet and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar evenly.
  5. Cover with remaining sheets, cut into strips, roll them and place in muffin cups.
