- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a muffin pan.
- Lay out two sheets of thawed puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Whisk together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl and reserve 4 tablespoons.
- Spread softened butter over each puff pastry sheet and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar evenly.
- Cover with remaining sheets, cut into strips, roll them and place in muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes and roll in reserved cinnamon-sugar before serving.
