Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Brussels
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim stems, and remove yellow or wilted leaves. Slice each sprout in half.
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer the seasoned Brussels sprouts to the baking sheet, cut side down in a single layer.
