  2. Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim stems, and remove yellow or wilted leaves. Slice each sprout in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the seasoned Brussels sprouts to the baking sheet, cut side down in a single layer.
