  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
For the Avocado Spread
  • 2 medium Avocado mashed
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice or lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the baguette into ½ inch pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the slices for about 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  2. While the baguette is baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp, seasoning with smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until opaque and pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, then mix in lime juice and a pinch of salt.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado on each toasted slice, then top with the sautéed garlic shrimp. Serve immediately.
