- Preheat your oven to 325º F (163º C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine imitation crab meat, half of the mozzarella cheese, half of the Colby Jack cheese, celery, sour cream, white parts of the green onions, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and garlic salt.
- Grease an 8x8-inch casserole dish and spoon the crab mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Colby Jack cheese evenly over the top of the casserole mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before garnishing with the green parts of the green onions.
