- Start by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the lean ground turkey or chicken, seasoning it with garlic powder and oregano. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is browned and no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat with reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni slices, and no-sugar-added marinara sauce. Stir well until everything is evenly coated and combined.
- Lay your high-protein tortillas or wraps flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the filling mixture into the center of each tortilla, then fold in the sides and roll it up tightly like a burrito.
