Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Fold in Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into 8 pieces and roll each into a 6-inch oval.
  4. Spoon 15g of pizza sauce onto one half of each oval, followed by 20g of cheese, leaving a ½-inch border.
  5. Fold the empty side over the filled side, press to seal, and use a fork to crimp the edges.
  6. Transfer to the baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving, optionally with marinara sauce for dipping.
