Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Gradually add the low-fat Greek yogurt and stir until a shaggy dough forms. Knead for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into an oval shape about 6 inches long.
  4. Place approximately 15 grams of pizza sauce and 20 grams of low-fat cheese on one half of each oval, leaving a ½-inch border.
  5. Fold the dough over and crimp the edges with a fork to seal. You can use a little water on the edges if necessary.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Optionally pair with marinara sauce.
