Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour Use gluten-free blend for gluten-free option.
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder Ensure it's fresh.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust based on dietary preferences.
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Can be omitted for less sweetness.
  • 1 cup Yogurt (preferably Greek) Substitute with coconut yogurt for dairy-free.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Use melted coconut oil for different taste.
For the Topping
  • 2 tbsp Butter Olive oil is a great substitute for dairy-free.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Fresh minced garlic is recommended.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Dried parsley can be used, reduce quantity.
  • 3 tbsp Water Warm water helps bring everything together.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic, fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add yogurt and olive oil, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until soft and pliable. Cover with a damp towel and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 6-8 portions, roll into balls, and flatten each into a round about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Lightly oil the basket and place flattened rounds inside. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove flatbreads from the air fryer and brush generously with garlic butter mixture. Keep warm.
