Preparation Steps
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic, fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add yogurt and olive oil, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until soft and pliable. Cover with a damp towel and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6-8 portions, roll into balls, and flatten each into a round about 1/4 inch thick.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Lightly oil the basket and place flattened rounds inside. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove flatbreads from the air fryer and brush generously with garlic butter mixture. Keep warm.
