  • 4 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bar do not use chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar can substitute with coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar dark brown sugar can enrich the taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract use pure vanilla for best flavor
  • 2 Large Eggs or flax eggs for vegan option
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Natural Cocoa Powder or Dutch-process cocoa
  • 1 tsp Espresso Powder optional
  • 1/4 tsp Fine Sea Salt
For the Whipped Ganache
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream lower-fat cream won't yield the same texture
  • 4 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate finely chopped for easy melting

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8"x8" metal baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals.
  3. Incorporate granulated sugar and light brown sugar into the melted mixture, whisking until incorporated.
  4. Whisk in the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time until the mixture is glossy.
  5. Gently fold in flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt until just combined.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. Allow cooling completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  8. Heat the heavy cream until simmering and pour it over the chopped chocolate; let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  9. Cool the ganache to room temperature, then whip until light and fluffy.
  10. Pipe the whipped ganache onto the cooled brownie bites.
