Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the boneless white fish into bite-sized cubes and combine with vinegar, peri peri seasoning, ginger garlic paste, salt, and crushed black pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour over the marinated fish and toss gently.
  3. Combine panko breadcrumbs, remaining flour, and dried parsley in one bowl; in another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  4. Dip each fish cube into the egg wash, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until thoroughly coated.
Cooking Methods
  1. For deep frying, heat oil to 180°C and fry nuggets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  2. For air frying, arrange nuggets in a single layer, lightly spray with olive oil, and air fry at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
  3. For baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place nuggets on it, and bake at 200°C for 15-18 minutes.
